How to get started Part 1

Go to the heating app and press Sign Up. Alternatively download the app on either the App or Play Store and press Sign Up.
Verify your Email address, check spam and promotions if you don't see the Email.
Press 3 lines top right.

General

Complete as much as possible including adding your logo and any associations and their logos you are a member of. You should only add membership detail and logos if you are a paid up member. If you want to show tax separately enter the details requested.

Email and SMS templates

Select how you would like appointments to show. Edit any of the emails and SMS that goto your customers, leave anything in [[ ]]. Add your T&C's as an attachment.

Invoices

You must enter a starting invoice number. This can't be changed. Enter bank details if you want them to show on your invoice. Select how you would like your invoice to look.

Services

Enter all of the things you charge for. It is worth planning this out before starting to enter them. You can drag and drop them to change their order. You can enter additional ones when invoicing.
