How to edit an appointment and invoice

Edit appointment

Select the appointment either from the home screen or the calendar.
In the calendar hold down and you can easily adjust the date and time.
Alternatively open the appointment where you can do the following:
  1. Change the date and or time
  2. Add a note
  3. Select another room or add a new room to the appointment
  4. In the room section add a service, form/certificate, a note in this room record or a photo.
  5. Adjust individual service prices by overtyping if you want to give a one off discount for example.

Schedule next appointment

Select how many months ahead
Calendar skips this number of months.
Decide with customer date, time and save.
They will get reminders one month before and then 24 hours before.

Invoice

Make sure you have added everything you want to charge for (services) against each room. You can overtype an amount if you want to change the service price.
Press Invoice preview.
Go back if you have forgotten something.
Add a note to go on the invoice.
Add an image to go on the invoice.

Payment

Press Payment
If registered for Stripe you can select take card payment.
Alternatively select another payment method.
Please note all payment methods (except unpaid) are marked as paid. If a customer does not pay you there and then you should mark as unpaid. You can go into the invoice later and specify how they have paid.
Customers paying from their invoice - in you are registered with Stripe your customer can pay you straight from their invoice, if you have marked as unpaid.
