How to add a customer appointment

3 places you can add an appointment from:
From a contact by going into the appointments tab, make sure you select the correct address.
From the calendar by pressing a on a date and time.
From the home screen by pressing the +.

Create the appointment

Select your customer if not already selected.
Select what type of appointment, they are colour coded
Customer - an appointment where the customer is Emailed and they will get an Email and SMS reminder 24hrs before.
Tentative - customer not informed so you can move as many time as you like until you change to a Customer appointment.
Personal - This can run over more than one day if say you are on holiday.
Quotation - When going to do a quote
Installation - This can run over more than one day
Service - When doing a service / sweepChoose the location - this will default to the home address. Change if required.
Select the start and finish time. This will be pre chosen if you have added services with durations to the room you select.
If multi user select the user - it will default to the app user.
Tick the rooms you are going to attend. If you have preselected services they will be shown.
Save

Deleting an appointment

Goto the bottom and press Delete - this will remove all record of the appointment.
