From the address icon press + - select the contact. This will default to their home address - press New address - From dropdown press Add New Address and enter address then appliance location and appliance details
From a Contact press Address(s) then the + - press New Address - - From dropdown press Add New Address and enter address then appliance location and appliance details
Adding an new appliance location (room) to an address
From an appointment scroll down to Add a new appliance location - enter the appliance location and as many appliance details as possible - Save
From a Contact - select the contact and then Address(s). You will then see all of this contacts addresses and appliance locations in separate boxes. Press + to add a new appliance location - select the correct address and then add the new appliance location.
The location of the appliance is required.Adding a service (what you charge for) will save time later.

When last visited and servicing frequency will remind you and your customer if an appointment is needed but not yet made.
