How to add a contact

From the contact icon press the +. The 2 main contact types are:

Householder (Tenant) - Can have multiple addresses.

  1. Home address
  2. An alternative Householder address
  3. An address managed by a Landlord (Agent).

Landlord (Agent)

  1. Addresses they completely manage
  2. Householder (Tenant) addresses they manage.

Other types

Insurer for example - so you know who the insurer is for an address

Required fields

All fields with a * are required fields.

It is worthwhile getting customers Emails so they receive appointment details and invoices. These can be turned off if a customer does not want them.

Select email options and then Save
