How to get started - Part 2
Once you have completed part 1 which enables you to start adding contacts, it is worth doing part 2.
Payment methods
If you get paid in other ways you can enter here so your bookkeeper knows how invoices were paid.
Credit and Debit cards - only available on the web version.
To take cards in your app it is worthwhile registering with Stripe. There is no cost to this and you do not need a card reader. You will need a mobile signal to take a card payment.
Subscription (not Android)
This is where you will manage your subscription with us. You can add new users, change how you pay and the frequency.
Build your own form or use one of our templates. Once you "publish" it it will be available in your app ready for filling in and mailing direct you your customer. See separate How to video
Your reports
Lots of different reports.
You specify the date range and the report will be mailed to you.
Purchases
This is where you can record your expenses. Take a picture of the receipt enter the details and throw the paper away. Your bookkeeper can access all of your purchases.
Sync now
Before logging out it is essential that you do this. Also if you want to make sure you have the latest data, for example somebody in the office has added an appointment, press the Sync now. You do need a decent mobile signal to do this.
