Householders can have more than one address with multiple rooms at each address. Each room at an address has it's own record.

They can also have addresses managed by a Landlord (agent).

They can have addresses that they are completely responsible for i.e. make appointment for and pay invoices.

As well as this they can have addresses that they manage make appointments for but the Householder pays invoices.
