Add a Customer Appointment

There are 3 places you can add an appointment
Home screen 
Calendar
Within a contact
Select a contact (if not pre selected)
Select the appointment type, they are colour coded in the calendar
Customer - they are notified of the appointment by Email
Tentative - customer not notified until you convert to a customer appointment , you can move as many times as you like without the customer knowing.
Personal - This can be for longer than one day, useful for booking holidays or van services.
Quotation - Customer will know you are going to do a quote
Installation - When you are going to do an installation, can be more than one day
Service - So you know at a glance you are going to a service / sweep

Select the date and time (if not pre selected)
Select the address and room you are attending and add services if not already saved in the room record.
Deleting appointment - press Delete appointment at the bottom. This will remove all record of the appointment.
